Constancio Dimas, son of Constancio and Maria de la Paz Dimas, was born on the 31st of May, 1956, and graduated from the high school of Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico. He has worked as Production General Manager in different companies until he formed his own company in 1990. His wife, Alma, born in 1957, in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, Mexico, is a specialist in import and export. She has worked with Mexican Custom Brokers.
